The median home price in San Bernardino County decreased slightly in October compared to the previous month. However, it increased compared to the same time last year. The price per square foot of homes for sale also went up. Listings in the county took longer to sell compared to the national average, and there were fewer new listings in October. Median home prices in the Riverside-San Bernardino-Ontario metro area and California as a whole also saw slight changes. The median home price in the United States decreased slightly as well.
